The DRAXX Pro Carbon 5 Stars is your gateway to carbon. Its 5-ply wooden core, including African rosewood, gives a clear feel for the ball; its two carbon layers add the liveliness that recreational bats lack.
The 2 mm high-density sponge and high-grip attacking rubber let you work on your topspin without losing control. The ergonomic anti-sweat handle and reinforced case make it the ideal bat for club training.

Yes, if you play regularly: it forgives small mistakes and stays on the table. For very occasional use, a recreational bat may be enough.
When your strokes are established and you’re looking for more power (6★, counter-attack) or more speed (7★, fast attack). The comparison tool helps you choose in three questions.
No. DRAXX rubbers are not ITTF-approved: the bat is made to the same technical specifications (dimensions, thicknesses, materials), but without an official certificate. Ideal for training, club and recreational play; for official competition, the rules require an approved rubber.
The number of stars is a commercial indicator of the performance level of the complete bat within the DRAXX range. It is not an official approval.
Clean it after every session with a slightly damp sponge, let it dry, then store the bat in its case, away from heat and direct light.
